New lens arrived a few days ago. No autofocus when used with my camera. ARGH! Fortunately, the nice folks at B&H were very helpful and the lens is on its way back, to be replaced with something that I can really use.

Only took a handful of pictures this past weekend. Not much, but at least I shot.

Ready to go

Back from the holidays and ready to get back into the swing of things. Busy week this week, but should be ready to do some shooting this weekend. I have a new lens on the way, so I hope it arrives in time for the weekend. Also have a decent camera on my new phone so no excuses not to shoot at any time! More info on plans for projects coming soon. I'm typing this on my phone... not too bad, I think!

I suppose this had to happen sometime. Now that I've found this home, I have to put something up for y'all to read.

Mostly I will be posting artwork and commenting on my journey to becoming a decent artist. However, I'll also post whatever is amusing to me at the time. For now, I've got to figure out how this works. Updates are on the way!
